This episode has some good acting from our leads, a lot of fun exploration of the TARDIS interior, some neat ideas, a creepy monster chasing them through the halls, but despite some good advancement of the series plot involving Clara...it is all undone in the end by a big friendly button that feels like the writer is screaming "I've got no idea how to end this thing!"
Luckily this is still fun to watch despite it's minor shortcomings, which I give full credit to the production designers and our leads, as they make what would be totally frustrating script problems in the 80s or something like "Star Trek: Enterprise" to be still a fun and enjoyable way to spend 45 minutes. Sure it has weak writing when it comes to the resolution, but there is a creepy monster and a lot of good set designs!
It's a lot of fun really, and it looks great.
