Slips of Doubt

The Rani takes some baby that can grant wishes from the past, apparently a creation possible because the Doctor has broken down the barriers between the gods and our universe.  We then flash to a world where everything is "perfect" thought it is really just the wet dream of a right wing incel, particularly Conrad from the Ruby episode. The Doctor and Belinda are living as man and wife, with the Doctor going off to work with Belinda staying home to care for their child.  But Ruby shows up at their door saying they do not have a child.  Doubt creeps in for everybody...but not fully at first.  

Eventually The Doctor and Belinda are arrested for their doubts and brought up to the Rani's wild bone castle in the sky, and her whole plan is revealed...she used Conrad to create his creepy little world not because she wanted to trick people or keep everyone ruled under her thumb...no that is more the Master's M.O., what she wants is to sew the seeds of doubt, because doubt will slowly destroy the world.  and if the Doctor doubts hard enough and remembers who he is...it will crack reality itself. Why does she want to do this?  Because she wants to take a peak underneath reality. To find someone...Omega!

Of course it all seems to work, The Doctor remembers who he is and the world is crumbling, and the Doctor is falling into nothingness as the hint of the terribleness of Omega is yet to come.  Oh boy...lets see where we end up!
