A pretty entertaining follow up to "The Rebel Flesh" has plenty of action and entertainment value...and manages to succeed in bettering its first half. The characters flesh out a little more, we get a strong conclusion, and some interesting twists along the way.
Speaking of twists! That was one hell of a curve ball. After all the talk Moffat gave about next week's mid-season finale having a "Game-changing cliffhanger"...I really didn't expect this one to have one as well. I mean its the conclusion to a two-parter...and then in the last moments they manage to give us a twist we never would have expected....Amy is a Ganger, and HAS BEEN since at least Day of the Moon (I suspect since she was first revealed as to having no longer been pregnant.)
Bring on next week, can't wait to see where this one goes!
