Average. While I wasn't nearly as bored as my brother...I just felt it was average Doctor Who. It didn't go above and beyond in being a standard Who episode, and it didn't do enough to excite...but it had its moments.
Judgement call, certainly not the most exciting episode in the world, but not going to ever rank as the worst. I can say it is mostly forgettable, as it has been some time since I last watched it. I still don't think the episode is awful or anything, but it is certainly not up to the high standards Moffat set the bar at at the start of the season.
