Spoon-Heads

Story: The Bells of Saint John
Written By: Steven Moffat
Length: 45 Minutes
Year: 2013

The series triumphantly returns after a mid season hiatus, and a Christmas Special, in fine fashion.  The Doctor has been living as a monk in the year 1207 to contemplate the mystery that is Clara Oswald.  For those who have forgotten  he is trying to figure out how he can meet the exact same girl in two completely different times (Victorian England and A Dalek Asylum in the distant future), and she can die both times.  But when the TARDIS phone rings, and it is Clara on the other line looking for Internet, he immediately sends himself her way.
Meanwhile the Great Intelligence makes it's return (being the featured enemy of the Christmas Special as well), this time using Wi-Fi and Spoon-Head Robots to capture people's souls or something.  It is a fun and entertaining start to the second half of this Series, bringing Clara finally and officially into the mix, and giving the Doctor a new mystery to solve over the next 7 episodes, who or what exactly is Clara Oswald.

The episode keeps the fun and adventure moving, and is a fine start to this second half of the season, the beginning of the celebrations in the series' 50th year.
