Story: Pond Life

"Pond Life" isn't really even a mini-episode, it is really just 5 short little vignettes leading up to "Asylum of the Daleks" and Series 7. Each of the little segments are interesting and are a pretty nice lead in (along with the actual prequel to the premiere episode) to the start of the series.
They give an insight to how life with the Doctor works for the Ponds now...they aren't his constant companion as they had been and most companions have often been in the series...this time they are his occasional fellow travelers...usually having long stretches of time between adventures with our hero...it is a nice new take on the relationship between Doctor and Companion that we really haven't had before.
I liked these, they were really just teaser trailers for the season, but I think they worked as a sort of one off minisode too.
