The Library Card

Story: K-9: Lost Library of Ukko
Written By: Deborah Parsons
Length: 30 Minutes
Year: 2010

K9 sends two kids on a dangerous mission into the Department and Thorn's office for unknown reasons, but Thorn has set up a trap because he expected them.  Starkey looks at an iPad and gets sucked in.  It turns out it is actually a library card from an alien planet, and Starkey is trapped in a barren wasteland of a planet kept as a recorded history by the librarians. The alien librarian shows up for her card and wants Starkey out before he contaminates it with his piss...but they need the base of the card which Thorn still has. So they strike a deal with Thorn, but knowing his treachery, trick him into being trapped in the card as well, until they can get them both out.
It's perfectly fine by the standards of this show.  But the standards are super low when it comes to this series, so even it's perfectly fine will soon be long forgotten.  I just don't care about any of this nonsense about the Department and the show's wishy washy depiction of it as a whole. Honestly, I just want to complete this project of watching all of the show, and I stopped for a long while and just want to wrap it up and forget about it forever before the 60th Anniversary.
