Story: K-9: Sirens of Ceres
Written By: Deborah Parsons
Length: 30 Minutes
Year: 2010
Jorjie throws a rock at a CCPC, and to straighten her out her mother sends her off to a school meant to discipline kids. The girls at the school are all being controlled by Drake via some alien bracelet. Luckily, the K-9 Unit are here to save the day and free the girls from the grasp of Drake’s mind control.
K-9 blows up all the bracelets, Drake is sad and twirls his mustache, and then Jorjie and Starkey discuss his poetry. Ugh.

I can see this episode totally working as a Sarah Jane Adventure, but it feels sloppy and rushed on this show. Jorjie has no personality to begin with, so when she loses her personality at the hands of the bracelet...so what? It’s hard to get invested in a show where everyone’s main objective seems to be not slipping out of their Australian accent. They really shouldn’t have gone for London as a setting.
K-9 blows up all the bracelets, Drake is sad and twirls his mustache, and then Jorjie and Starkey discuss his poetry. Ugh.
