K-9 appears at a rally where Jorji's mom is making an impassioned plea for fascism but some rabble rouser protestors are somehow not for the fascism...K-9 appears and takes a shot at Drake. This leads to K-9 being wanted by the government so they can destroy it.  It is pretty clear that K-9 wouldn't show up to publicly shoot an enemy, so the team try to figure out what is going on.  As usual Darius has no critical thinking skills so he immediately believe K-9 is guilty, especially after K-9 appears on CCTV destroying Darius's car and signed the car "K-9 was here."  That dog must've done it! He signed his name and clearly shows his face to the camera, so why is he denying it now? 

It turns out that Drake created his own evil K-9 to frame the real one, and luckily Jorjie's mom was suspicious enough to stop his plans going much further after K-9 destroyed the inferior copy.  I guess she isn't a totally evil fascist, just a mostly evil fascist!  

The episode is pretty generic stuff, but it had less annoying writing than usual for this particular series.
