This notoriously bad story from the terrible 22nd season is just as bad as everyone says it is. Cheesy make up effects, confusing plotline, the onscreen chemistry between Baker and Bryant still hasn't changed, and the writing had gone from bad to worse. The H.G. Wells character was added to this story for not apparent reason whatsoever.
Maybe this should be added to the list of New Who episodes, as an example of the WORST of the worst.
