This is a strange story, about a planet being forced to be happy. Its pretty good actually. For a brief time the TARDIS is painted Red, which is interesting I guess. I love the Kandy Man.
It is a good story, and despite the clear budget issues within the tale, I'd recommend it as an example of the Seventh Doctor's stories possibly.
