Story: The Curse of the Fatal Death
Written By: Steven Moffat
Length: 2 Ten-Minute Episodes
Year: 1999
This is not really a Doctor Who episode, and it was never really considered canon, and was never meant to be. Its a parody with several different Doctors (Rowan Atkinson, Richard E. Grant, Jim Broadbent, Hugh Grant, & Joanna Lumley) as well as a new Master in Jonathan Pryce. I must admit, that I believe given a serious chance Pryce could be a really terrific Master.
Another interesting note is the writer. A comedy writer known for his series Coupling, Steven Moffat, would go on to be the future writer and eventual showrunner of Proper Who.
The two parts were aired as part of Comic Relief and are only 50% funny. The other 50% is mediocre to not funny.
