The final story of Season 17 feel like a repeat of the last two stories. Like "Creature from the Pit" and "Nightmare of Eden", the story is dull and padded. Also like Nightmare, the story features ridiculous looking monsters as the antagonists.
What a way to go out. As "Shada" would never be completed, this marks the end of Graham Williams tenure as Producer on the show, and the last story to be broadcast in the 1970s.
