The Brigadier makes his final appearance in proper Doctor Who, and his send off is only okay. People act like its a big step back for the progress they were making at the end of Season 25, but I think its decent, if not flawed.
The Doctor dawns a new Darker jacket, and his hat has a darker band, his look is far better than it was, and now it is definitely one of the best costumes since Baker pre-1980.
