This is a weird, but kind of fun serial. I think the effects are good, but the make up is hard too look at. The idea is strange, but the execution is actually rather good. Like I said, its a weird story.
The TARDIS lands on a ship, a sea ship...but things are a little strange. A monsters in the sea, time repeats itself...a giant hand steals the TARDIS. They are trapped inside a peepshow of some kind. Its all rather weird and hard to explain (at least for me), but the story is rather fun to watch for yourself. At 4 parts it isn't too long and doesn't overstay its welcome too much, but I bet it would have been a really good 45 minute episode with some editing.
Its a weird story, but an oddly entertaining one at that.
