This story features fish people, and an explanation for the lost city of Atlantis. The story is once again missing, but episode 2 is the first complete episode of Troughton's Doctor (recently discovered, meaning this now has to episodes in stead of just one). The story is rather infamous for the character of Dr. Zaroff, who exclaims at one point "Nothing in Ze World can stop me now!", his fake accent is quite ridiculous.
The story has a plot with mad scientists and fish people, rebellion and the good old fashioned quick thinking Doctor. It is a silly story with bad costumes and some goofy characters. It isn't terribly good.
