Story: The Seeds of Death
Written By: Brian Hayles
Length: 6 Episodes
Year: 1969
The Ice Warriors make a return to Doctor Who here, and its not that bad of an serial. I still don't love the Ice Warriors, but their two stories with Patrick Troughton are pretty good and well written, as well as having enough good actors in the cast to make it feel good, even if I find the monsters/villains to be pretty lame.
Definitely worth seeing if for no other reason than to get to see more Troughton in action, rather than the audio of Troughton in action. Season 6 faired fairly well, but it is still a shame some of his first two seasons aren't more represented in their entirety.
