The first episode of this story spends far too much time recapping the story of this series...it made sense in the beginnings of Series 1 and 2, but at this point I think the show has enough viewers that this is rendered unnecessary, and when it comes right down to it, this show is rather self explanatory. But in any respect we get a lame voice over telling us what we already know...and it seems to take forever.
Once the Judoon lands though, it gets going pretty quickly. The second episode is by far much better and more entertaining. I think the story loses something though due to the slow beginning.
