The really nice touch in this episode is that, for once, Gwen isn't a total d-bag about her relationship with Rhys. And in the end fights Jack to let him remember Torchwood. It's nice that she can finally have this relationship and make it work. She even came off as sympathetic a few times. Still rather annoying but a little more sympathetic.
The plot is good, the character developments are nice, and I think the little thing Tosh has for Owen is working quite well over these last few episodes.
